Two New CVM Blogs (New Mexico and D.C.)

Two more Community Voice Mail programs have recently launched blogs:

• Washington, D.C. CVM (http://communityvoicemaildc.blogspot.com/), providing policy news and other information impacting the homeless in our capitol.
